The mission of the Foundation of the Florida Chapter is to make a positive impact on the health of the citizens of Florida through the continued education of cardiovascular specialists and support of research in cardiovascular diseases. The Foundation carries out its mission by sponsoring lectures, hosting educational programs and providing funding to graduate cardiology trainees and students to attend educational meetings and seminars. In addition we support research directly and indirectly through support of other non-profit cardiovascular focused organizations.
