A Major CME and CEU Cardiovascular Event!   Don't Miss It!!!

The 9th Annual Ponte Vedra Cardiovascular Symposium is presented by the North Florida Cardiovascular Education Foundation for the purpose of providing the highest quality of evidence-based scientific information in clinical cardiology presented by national experts. The 9th Annual Symposium will maintain the highest standards established by previous years' symposiums, which is to improve patient care in a format that promotes active interaction between the attendee and the expert faculty in a CME environment that is free of commercial bias. In recognition of its eight years of outstanding delivery of Continuing Medical Education and the exceptional expertise of our faculty presenters, this year's program will again be co-sponsored by the American College of Cardiology as well as Memorial Hospital Jacksonville. A maximum of 10 CME credits is offered to those physician attendees present for all sessions.
This busy one-day program will emphasize clinical knowledge, based on the best evidence-based scientific information available in specific areas of cardiovascular disease and treatment.  Additionally our program takes advantage of Audience Response technology so that attendees can interact with Faculty Members to reinforce learning.  Symposium topics will include Medical Management of Obesity, Congestive Heart Failure, Practical Clinical Cardiology, and Valvular Heart Disease.  We are also very proud to announce Dr. John Howard, Vice- President of the American College of Cardiology, will be our dinner speaker.

Cardiologists, Cardiovascular Surgeons, Internists, Primary Care Specialists and all Cardiovascular Healthcare Associates including RN's, ARNP's, PA's and Technicians should attend. Dr. Ramon Castello and Dr. Carlos Sotolongo are co-chairs of this year's Symposium.  Please visit our web site at www.pvcardiacsymposium.com for more information or e-mail jbpvcv@yahoo.com with any questions you may have.
